Personalised items

Because every item is made to your design, personalised goods are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You confirm you understand this before paying.

If something is wrong

That exemption does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or printed differently from the design you approved, email accounts@tekspert.co.uk within 30 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full.

Before you order

Tick "Send me a proof" at checkout and we will email you a proof of every print area before anything goes on the press.
